中国旅游高等教育开展已经近30年。作为一门新兴学科,处于成长阶段的旅游高等教育在发展中开始出现一些问题,并使得众多关心旅游教育发展的学者专家开始对中国旅游高等教育的现状进行深入的反思和探讨。本文通过在中国期刊网,《旅游学刊》以及International Journal of Hospitality Management,Caterer & Hotelkeeper中检索并查阅了1997年至2008年这11年间关于高等旅游教育的相关文献,总结了近年来国内外有关学者在旅游高等教育问题及现状方面所做的调查研究成果,对目前我国旅游高等教育存在问题及现状进行总结归纳,同时结合学者专家们对中国旅游高等教育的发展趋势和方向所做的展望,提出对于国内旅游高等教育发展方向的看法,希望能对中国旅游高等教育研究探索的发展之路起到抛砖引玉的作用。 China Tourism Higher Education has been carried out for nearly 30 years.
