合成齿轮油是通过化学合成及精炼加工而成的新型齿轮润滑油。其基础油是由来自原油中的瓦斯气或天然气所分离出来的乙烯、丙烯,再经聚合、催化等繁复的化学反应炼制出来的。在本质上,它使用的是原油中较好的成分,通过人为控制的化学反应达到预期的大分子形态,具有黏度指数高、黏温特性好、高温润滑充足、低温流动性好、抗氧化性强、油品消耗少等优点。本文以减速机为例介绍其性能及应用优势。
