目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定舒血宁注射液中银杏内酯A、B、C的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18色谱柱(100mm×4.6mm,3μm);流动相为甲醇-四氢呋喃-水(20:10:75),流速0.5mL.min-1,蒸发光检测器(以空气为载气,流速3L.min-1,漂移管温度105℃)检测。结果:舒血宁注射液中银杏内酯A进样量在4.4~21.9μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993;银杏内酯B进样量在2.0~10.0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;银杏内酯C进样量在2.0~10.2μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996。方法重复性良好。银杏内酯A、B、C平均回收率分别为97.1%,99.0%,99.3%;RSD分别为0.72%,1.1%,1.8%。结论:该法专属性强,灵敏、准确,可作为舒血宁注射液质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for simultaneous determination of ginkgolides A, B and C in Shuxuening injection. Methods: The chromatographic column was a C18 column (100mm×4.6mm, 3μm); the mobile phase was methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water (20:10:75), the flow rate was 0.5mL.min-1, and the evaporative photodetector (airborne) was used. Gas, flow rate 3L.min-1, drift tube temperature 105°C) detection. Results: The linear relationship was good in the range of 4.4~21.9μg for ginkgolide A injection in Shuxuening injection, r=0.9993; the linear relationship was good in the range of 2.0~10.0μg for ginkgolide B injection, r= 0.9995; Ginkgolide C had a good linearity in the range of 2.0 to 10.2 μg, r=0.9996. The method is reproducible. The average recoveries of ginkgolides A, B, and C were 97.1%, 99.0%, and 99.3%, respectively, and the RSDs were 0.72%, 1.1%, and 1.8%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is highly specific, sensitive and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Shuxuening injection.
