随着科学技术水平的不断发展,人们的生活水准也有了进一步的提高,不但表现在物质上,在精神上的追求也日益发展。对媒体有线电视的应用与推广也有了新要求,使得有线电视的普及与推广及范围更加广泛。虽然外界一些不利因素影响着有线电视偶尔出现一些故障,影响着收看质量和效果。因此,为了达到收视质量效果,根据现有的实际问题,具有针对性的、有目的的对有线电视系统进行完善与维护,推动有线电视事业更好更快的发展。
