结合国外某火车站站房钢结构异形构件,采用有限元接触单元研究了十字形端板连接节点的受力特点。首先介绍节点在单向荷载作用下不同位置螺栓的受力情况,并通过改变节点构件的尺寸及螺栓预紧力研究节点不同的失效模式;其次考察节点在往复加载下的受力性能,研究立柱板件厚度、端板厚度及螺栓预紧力的影响。本文的计算结果指出该节点的设计应考虑各构件之间的强度匹配,以保证节点具有足够的承载力及优良的耗能能力。
Combined with the special-shaped structural steel members of the railway station building in foreign countries, the force characteristics of the cross-shaped end plate joints were studied by using the finite element contact element. Firstly, the stress condition of the bolts at different positions under one-way load is introduced. The different failure modes of the joints are studied by changing the size of the joint components and the bolt pretightening force. Secondly, the stress behavior of the joints under reciprocating loading is investigated. The thickness of the plate, the thickness of the end plate and the impact of bolt preload. The calculation results of this paper point out that the design of this node should consider the strength matching between the various components to ensure that the node has sufficient bearing capacity and excellent energy dissipation capability.
