菊科植物A.morrisonicola Hay是迄今尚未研究过的品种,其全植物氯仿提取物,对艾氏腹水癌,瓦克氏癌瘤256以及P-388均有明显疗效。提取物经系统分离,分得主要活性成分堆心菊内酯(Helenalin)。 Compositae A.morrisonicola Hay is a hitherto unsearched species whose whole plant chloroform extract has a significant effect on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, Wacker’s’s tumor 256 and P-388. The extract was isolated by systematic separation to obtain the main active ingredient Helenalin.
