目的探讨亚临床甲减对冠心病患者血管内皮功能与髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的影响。方法冠心病合并亚临床甲减及冠心病无亚临床甲减患者各40例,每例均空腹抽血行血三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、MPO检测,并比较两组各指标的差异。结果与冠心病无亚临床甲减患者组相比,冠心病合并亚临床甲减患者TG、TC、hs-CRP、MPO均升高,NO降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论亚临床甲减不但影响冠心病患者血脂代谢,而且会增加冠心病患者血管内皮损伤及炎症反应,从而可能增加冠心病患者心血管风险。
Objective To investigate the effects of subclinical hypothyroidism on endothelial function and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Forty patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (CHD) and subclinical hypothyroidism (CHD) and no subclinical hypothyroidism (CHD) were enrolled in this study. Each group was given fasting blood glucose (TG), total cholesterol (TC), nitric oxide Sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), MPO were detected, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with CHD patients without subclinical hypothyroidism, the levels of TG, TC, hs-CRP and MPO in patients with coronary heart disease and subclinical hypothyroidism were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism not only affects blood lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease, but also increases vascular endothelial injury and inflammation in patients with coronary heart disease, which may increase the cardiovascular risk in patients with coronary heart disease.
