目的:研究健脾益气摄血方对ITP小鼠血清中SIg A(分泌型免疫球蛋白A)、β-EP(β-内啡肽)的影响。方法:免疫造模法建立ITP小鼠模型,以强的松和健脾益气摄血方(颗粒)为干预药物,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清SIg A和β-EP含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型小鼠血清SIg A、β-EP含量升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,经强的松干预治疗后SIg A含量下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经健脾益气摄血方干预后,β-EP含量下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果提示,强的松对SIg A、β-EP均有调节效应;健脾益气摄血方虽然不能调控SIg A,但对β-EP具有调控作用。结论:健脾益气摄血方治疗ITP效应机制与调控β-EP含量,影响免疫问答有一定关系。
Objective: To investigate the effect of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi and blood prescription on serum SIg A (secreted immunoglobulin A) and β-EP (β-endorphin) in ITP mice. Methods: The model of ITP mice was established by immunoprecipitation. Prednisone and spleen-qi-invigorating blood-sucking prescription (granule) was used as the intervention drug. Serum levels of SIg A and β-EP were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) . Results: Compared with the blank control group, the contents of SIg A and β-EP in model mice increased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, the SIg A level was decreased after prednisone treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of β-EP were down-regulated after intervention of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe Significance (P <0.05). The results suggest that prednisone has a regulatory effect on SIg A, β-EP; spleen Qi gas although not regulate SIg A, but regulation of β-EP. Conclusion: The mechanism of Jianpi Yiqi Shexu Recipe in treating ITP is related to the regulation of β-EP content and immune quiz.
