50t修井水龙头提环锻造弯曲工艺

我厂生产的50 t修井水龙头提环(见图1),除柄部两端面及销孔需要机械加工外,其余部位均为黑皮锻件。杆部直径较大,特别是在需要弯曲成型的部位直径达80mm(包括锻扁成型后的修磨量)。因此,在弯曲成型时困难较大。加上我们没有弯曲设备,过去,一直用人工弯曲,劳动强度大,一个班只能弯8件左右,而且质量也很难保证。现在在弯曲平台上,用10 t吊车吊弯成型,提环的质量和班产量也均有大幅度地提高。 I plant the 50 t workover faucet lifting ring (see Figure 1), in addition to both ends of the shank and pin hole machining, the remaining parts are black forgings.
