电子电位差计的使用范围很广泛,它可将位移、压力、温度、流量、气体成分等非电量通过检测装置转变为电量,进行控制和测量。但在实际测量中,由于示值误差的存在,而影响测量精度,因此搞清楚产生示值误差的原因,对提高测量精度是很必要的。现以EU-2型仪表(见图)测量0~1100℃为例,根据电子电位差计桥路平衡的条件分析仪器故障及产生较大示值误差的原因。
The use of electronic potentiometer is very wide range, it can displacement, pressure, temperature, flow, gas composition and other non-electricity through the detection device into electricity, control and measurement. However, in the actual measurement, due to the existence of indication error, and affect the measurement accuracy, so to clarify the cause of indication error, to improve the measurement accuracy is necessary. Now take EU-2 instrument (see picture) to measure 0 ~ 1100 ℃ as an example, according to the condition of bridge balance of electronic potentiometer, analyze instrument failure and cause large indication error.
