本文通过盆栽试验和化验分析,研究铝(Al)胁迫对大豆作物生长的影响。结果表明,在溶液条件下,Al对大豆主要农艺性状有明显的影响。其临界值为12ppm。在Al的胁迫下,其浓度与根系的α-萘胺的生物氧化强度呈负相关,与根系细胞质膜透性(电导率和外渗液K+含量)呈正相关,与叶片脯氨酸含量也呈正相关,叶片脯氨酸含量可作为大豆作物耐Al的生理指标。
In this paper, pot experiments and laboratory analysis were conducted to study the effects of aluminum stress on soybean crop growth. The results showed that under the solution conditions, Al had a significant effect on the main agronomic characters of soybean. The threshold is 12ppm.
