目的:研究宁舒洗剂的体外抗菌作用特点。方法:80株细菌全部为近期临床分离所得,其中G+菌34株,G-菌46株;采用试管内药液二倍稀释法,测定宁舒洗剂的MIC、MBC,对于产ESBLs的大肠杆菌(耐药菌株)与不产ESBLs的普通大肠杆菌的MIC和MBC进行比较,另外,观察了细菌接种量和药物pH值分别对MIC、MBC的影响。结果:①宁舒洗剂对所有试验菌株均有抑菌作用,对G+菌的作用较好,其MIC50为1∶32,而G-菌的MIC50为1∶8。②对试验菌均具有杀菌作用,仍对G+菌的作用较好,其MBC50为1∶32,而G-菌的MBC50为1∶4。每种细菌的MBC50与MIC50和MIC90等值均十分接近甚至相等。③对于产ESBLs大肠杆菌的抗菌作用与普通大肠杆菌相同,MIC50、MIC90、MBC50、MBC90均为1∶4。④细菌接种量为102cfu/ml的效价均高于104cfu/ml。⑤药物pH值为8.0时药物的效价高于pH6.0。结论:宁舒洗剂具有体外抑菌和杀菌作用,对G+菌的作用较好,对产ESBLs的大肠杆菌也具有抗菌作用。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of Ningshu lotion in vitro. METHODS: All the 80 strains of bacteria were isolated from the clinic in the near future, including 34 strains of G+ bacteria and 46 strains of G-bacteria. The MIC and MBC of Ningshu lotion were determined by in vitro double dilution method for E. coli producing ESBLs. (Drug resistance strains) were compared with MICs and MBCs of common Escherichia coli that did not produce ESBLs. In addition, the effects of bacterial inoculum and drug pH on MIC and MBC were observed. Results: 1 Ningshu lotion had antibacterial effect on all the tested strains, and it had better effect on G+ bacteria. Its MIC50 was 1:32, and G-bacteria had MIC50 of 1:8. Both of the two test bacteria have bactericidal effect, and still have a good effect on G+ bacteria, with an MBC50 of 1:32 and MBC50 of G-bacteria of 1:4. The MBC50 and MIC50 and MIC90 values of each kind of bacteria are very close to or even equal. 3 The antibacterial effect of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli was the same as that of common E. coli. MIC50, MIC90, MBC50, and MBC90 were all 1:4. 4 The bacterial titer of 102 cfu/ml was higher than 104 cfu/ml. 5 The drug titer was higher than pH 6.0 when the pH of the drug was 8.0. Conclusion: Ningshu lotion has antibacterial and bactericidal effects in vitro, and it has a good effect on G+ bacteria. It also has antibacterial effect on ESBLs-producing E. coli.
