近期与台湾水泥界人士接触,得到他们的介绍,现将有关台湾水泥生产情况介绍如下: 1994年台湾共生产各类水泥2343.2万吨,较1993年的产量2476万吨下降了5.36％。1994年进口水泥430万吨。全年台湾共消耗水泥2721.87万吨,按人平均年消耗水泥为1285公斤。 台湾水泥产量1946年不足10万吨、1958年就超过100万吨,1971年528万吨,1977年1033万吨,1987年1566万吨,1992年2192万吨,1992年以来约在2200～2500万吨之间。 台湾水泥既有20％左右的进口,但1994年亦有不到50万吨水泥出口。在八十年代出口水泥每年在200～400万吨,随着台湾岛内需求上升,出口量明显下降。出口地区主要为香港、新加坡、日本等。 台湾水泥企业内销以散装水泥为主。各公司散装比率为44％～77％。以1994年为例平均散装率为66％,袋装比率为34％。 台湾的水泥工业同业公会的主要11家公司的16家水泥生产工厂,主要分布在台湾东西两侧,如高雄、花莲、新竹等地。16家水泥企业拥有悬浮预热器窑(三台)和各类预分解干法生产窑,共计27台。最小的为Φ3.3×50mSP窑,年生产能力20.8万吨,最大的Φ5×55mNSP窑,年生产能力158.4万吨。平均每台窑年生产能力为86.75万吨,年生产能力2342万吨。

Now they introduce the production of cement in Taiwan as follows: In 1994, Taiwan produced 23.432 million tons of various types of cement, which was 5.36% lower than the output of 24.76 million tons in 1993. The 16 cement production plants of the 11 companies of the Cement Industry Association of Taiwan are mainly distributed on the east and west sides of Taiwan, such as Kaohsiung, Hualien and Hsinchu. 16 cement companies have 27 prefabricated suspension preheater kilns and various pre-decomposition dry process kilns. The smallest is a Φ3.3×50 mSP kiln with an annual production capacity of 208,000 tons and the largest Φ5×55m NSP kiln with an annual production capacity of 1.584 million tons. The average annual production capacity of each kiln is 865,500 tons, and the annual production capacity is 23.42 million tons.
