某化工厂离心机厂房与新蒸发厂房运行不足一年 ,基础产生了严重沉降、倾斜 ,围护墙体严重开裂 ,并日趋严重 ,面临停产。本文作者通过现场踏勘 ,并对某化工厂离心机厂房与新蒸发厂房进行了地质勘察报告的分析、原建筑结构设计的分析 ,找出了基础下沉的主要原因 ,并提出了加固处理建议。 In a chemical plant, the centrifuge plant and the new evaporation plant have been running for less than one year. The foundation has caused serious settlement and tilt, the wall of the enclosure has been severely cracked, and it has become increasingly serious and is facing production suspension. The author of this article conducted an on-site survey, analyzed the geological survey report of a centrifuge factory and a new evaporating plant in a chemical plant, and analyzed the original building structure design to find out the main reasons for the foundation sinking, and proposed reinforcement treatment suggestions.
