采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂Pd的TiO2纳米粒子,并用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis漫反射 光谱对其特性进行表征以NO2-为降解目标物,考察了Pd/TiO2光催化氧化活性.结果表明, Pd掺入TiO2可有效扩展其光谱响应范围,提高对光特别是可见光的利用率,掺杂的 Pd/TiO2 样品对NO2的光催化氧化活性显著提高,w(Pd)掺杂量为2.0%时,催化剂具有最佳活性.
The Pd-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method and their properties were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic oxidation activity of Pd / TiO2 was investigated with NO2- as the degradation target. The results show that the Pd doped with TiO2 can effectively expand the spectral response range and improve the utilization of light, especially visible light. The photocatalytic oxidation activity of NO2 doped Pd / TiO2 samples is significantly increased, and the doping amount of Pd is 2.0%, the catalyst has the best activity.
