在机床维修与机械制造中,三球手柄的两孔配钻,一直是个难题。如果采用一般的加工工艺,质量是难以保证的。为此,我们设计制造了一种专用钻模,收到了较好的效果。 1.钻模的结构特点 该钻模主要由模架、定位插销、开口定位套、上压盖、旋紧扳手以及钻模等构成(图1)。在设计制造钻模时必须满足以下几点: (1)模架上的定位槽孔与开口定位套内的圆锥孔应在同一平面内。 (2)A、B两平面必须平行,且其高度差刚好使得工件小球直径放人圆锥孔内时大球直径支承于刀平面上,这时三球手柄的轴心线必须与A、B两平面保持平行。
