目的研究柔性管理对妇产科护理管理的影响。方法选取我院妇产科2016年1月到2016年12月期间收治的患者3187例,随机分为对照组1590例和试验组1597例。给予对照组常规护理管理,

目的研究柔性管理对妇产科护理管理的影响。方法选取我院妇产科2016年1月到2016年12月期间收治的患者3187例,随机分为对照组1590例和试验组1597例。给予对照组常规护理管理,给予试验组柔性管理,比较两组护理差错和护理投诉率。结果两组护理差错发生率比较试验组更低,护理投诉率比较试验组更低,数据对比P<0.05。结论柔性管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果较好,能明显降低护理差错率和投诉率,具有较高临床价值。
