通过对打钻时钻杆上扭矩的力学分析,理论上给出了利用钻杆扭矩判断煤岩体强度的可行性,提出通过测试钻孔过程中的钻杆扭矩来判断煤岩体强度的方法.在此基础上,建立钻杆扭矩法测定煤岩强度试验系统,研究了不同煤岩体强度条件下钻杆扭矩的规律.试验结果表明,钻杆扭矩能够反映被钻削煤岩体的强度,单一影响因素条件下,钻杆扭矩同煤岩体强度呈线性递增规律.应用该方法在现场的测定结果符合试验情况,验证了钻杆扭矩法测定煤岩体强度的有效性和可靠性.
