白酒又称烧酒，是世界上著名的六大蒸馏酒之一，其酒精含量较高。白酒是一种无色透明的液体，无浮悬物、浑浊物和沉淀，酒瓶壁上不得出现环状污物。白酒有一种特别的醇香，滋味纯正，无外来异味。白酒的度数高，即酒精含量高，饮用时应注意禁忌。一些酒鬼的“酒话”，旁人切莫轻易相信。
Liquor, also known as shochu, is one of the six famous distilled spirits in the world with high alcohol content. Liquor is a colorless and transparent liquid, no floating objects, turbidity and precipitation, no bottle-shaped dirt on the bottle wall. Liquor has a special mellow, pure taste, no foreign odor.
