研究了弱碱性介质中,硝基安定经H2O2和紫外光共同作用后,反应产物的荧光特性(λex=355nm,λem=465nm),提出了一种测定硝基安定的新方法.标准曲线的浓度范围为0.25~3.00mgL-1.方法的相对标准偏差和检测限分别为2.3%和0.13mgL-1.可直接用于片剂中硝基安定含量的测定.
Fluorescence characteristics (λex = 355nm, λem = 465nm) of nitrobacter with H2O2 and UV light were studied in a weak alkaline medium. A new method for the determination of nitrazepam stability was proposed. The concentration of the standard curve ranged from 0.25 to 3.00 mgL-1. The relative standard deviations and detection limits of the method were 2.3% and 0.13 mgL-1, respectively. It can be directly used for the determination of nitrazepam content in tablets.
