本文旨在研究酒精暴露对视网膜的发育和细胞分化过程所造成的影响。建立C57BL/6J小鼠孕期酒精暴露模型,用HE染色和免疫荧光技术,选取P0到P30仔鼠观察视网膜的正常发育和细胞分化过程,及酒精对其造成的影响。结果显示,孕期酒精暴露可以诱导仔鼠视网膜片层化形成延迟、水平细胞和双极细胞的数量减少(P<0.05)和极性紊乱、视网膜增厚(P<0.01),具有酒精剂量依赖性(P<0.05)和酒精暴露停止后的长时程效应。以上结果提示,孕期酒精暴露可引起仔鼠视觉相关神经元的数量减少及形态异常,导致视觉系统的发育障碍。
This article aims to investigate the effects of alcohol exposure on retinal development and cell differentiation. The model of alcohol exposure in pregnant C57BL / 6J mice was established. HE staining and immunofluorescence technique were used to observe the normal retina development and differentiation process and the effect of alcohol on the rats. The results showed that alcohol exposure during pregnancy could induce retina lamella formation delayed, the number of horizontal cells and bipolar cells decreased (P <0.05) and polarity disorder, retinal thickening (P <0.01), with alcohol dose-dependent (P <0.05) and long-term effects after cessation of alcohol exposure. The above results suggest that alcohol exposure during pregnancy may lead to the reduction of the number of visual-related neurons in the offspring and morphological abnormalities, resulting in the developmental disorders of the visual system.
