实验教学是遗传学教学必需的组成部分,对培养农林专业特色人才具有重要作用。建立多层次实验室是实验教学改革第一步,以课程实验、课程训练和专业大实验为核心的实验教学是实践教学的主体,也是改革的重中之重。课程实验以验证性实验为主;课程训练是在导师指导下自行完成试验;专业大实验是跨学院在体现专业特色的优势学科中进行,也在导师指导下完成全部试验。考核方式的多样化也是改革后促进学生注重综合能力提高的重要举措。
Experimental teaching is an indispensable component of genetics teaching and plays an important role in cultivating specialized personnel of agriculture and forestry specialty. The establishment of a multi-level laboratory is the first step in the reform of experimental teaching. The experimental teaching centered on curriculum experiments, curriculum training and major experiments is the main body of practice teaching as well as the top priority of reform. The course experiment is mainly based on confirmatory experiments. The course training is completed under the guidance of a supervisor. The major experiment is carried out by interdisciplinary colleges in the superior disciplines that reflect professional characteristics. All experiments are also conducted under the guidance of a tutor. Diversification of assessment methods is also an important measure to promote students’ attention to improving comprehensive ability after the reform.
