为了提高激光再制造的质量和效率,结合逆向工程和激光再制造的特点,介绍了缺损工件的激光再制造路径规划。阐述了扫描缺损工件的表面以得到点云数据,采用逆向工程重构修复区三维形貌,再配以激光再制造工艺进行路径规划。加工控制点矢量算法为加工头姿态提供了一种行之有效的方法。 In order to improve the quality and efficiency of laser remanufacturing, combined with the characteristics of reverse engineering and laser remanufacturing, the laser remanufacturing path planning for defective workpieces is introduced. The surface of the defect is scanned to get the point cloud data. The three-dimensional topography of the repair area is reconstructed by reverse engineering, and then the laser remanufacturing process is used to plan the path. The machining control point vector algorithm provides an effective method for machining head attitude.
