豆科植物凝集素在豆科植物和根瘤菌的相互识别和共生关系的建立上起着重要作用。利用血凝法快速检测R(人参)、S(沙棘)、D(越橘)3种植物内生菌的S0.25D50、S0.25、R25D25和R50D50共4种处理对大豆根部凝集素含量的影响。结果表明:经过S0.25D50、S0.25、R50D503种处理的大豆根部凝集素含量均高于对照,而经过S0.25处理的大豆根部凝集素的含量最高,为0.288 mg.g-1。说明沙棘内生菌醇提取物有利于大豆根瘤菌的形成。
Leguminosae lectin plays an important role in the establishment of mutual recognition and symbiosis between legumes and rhizobia. The hematocrit method was used to detect the content of lectin in soybean roots by four kinds of treatments S0.25D50, S0.25, R25D25 and R50D50 of endophytic bacteria of R (ginseng), S (seabuckthorn) and D (bilberry) influences. The results showed that the content of soybean root lectin after treatment with S0.25D50, S0.25 and R50D503 was higher than that of the control, while the content of soybean root lectin after S0.25 treatment was 0.288 mg.g-1. The results showed that sea buckthorn endophytic alcohol extract is beneficial to the formation of soybean rhizobia.
