结合对元件工作性能的测试,对催化元件所用催化剂及其制作工艺条件进行了研究.结果表明,经900℃焙烧的载体,酸性处理后浸渍附载Pd金属,用铂丝作为热敏材料,可以得到良好的催化元件.元件所用催化剂比表面积控制在50m~2/gAl_2O_3较适宜.
