迁安县农机厂生产河北-12拖拉机悬挂装置中的下拉杆球形铰节座锻件,如图1。过去采用胎模锻方法,效率低,质量不易保证,工人劳动强度大,模具使用寿命短,生产任务很难保证完成。针对生产中存在的问题,该厂锻工车间老工人马青山总结了生产实践经验.做成了下拉杆球形铰节座锻件在250公斤空气锤上进行多模膛模锻的模具,已经在生产上使用了三年,班产效率达到1200件。
