我厂BH302固定管板式换热器,投入使用一年后,下管板10%以上焊缝发生严重泄漏.该换热器为立式,高度6000 mm,直径φ1800mm,重215.5t.管程压力1.2MPa,温度200℃,介质是生成气,略有腐蚀性,管子材料为20钢,规格φ32mm×3mm;壳程压力10MPa,温度240℃.介质为蒸气,管板材料是16MnR,厚度50mm.1 泄漏原因及分析漏点情况见图1.整个管板约有10%的焊缝出现泄漏,每条焊缝绝大多数只有一个漏点,且漏点多数出现在焊缝收弧处.整个管板表面
