我厂于1985年建造了两座燃煤砂型、砂芯烘干炉,炉内尺寸为11300×5500×3400mm,采用往复式炉排送煤。每座炉有三个燃烧室,炉内最高温度为800℃。为了改善劳动条件、降低能耗、提高型与芯的烘干质量,我厂将自行研制的微计算机控温系统用于两座炉上,实现了用电子计算机采集和处理炉内八个测温点的温度信息,以进行闭环控制。
