为了给秋红枫(Acer rubrum‘Autumn’Blaze)优良种质资源的生产中快速、高效嫁接方法的选择提供参考,依据红枫生产对嫁接育苗的要求,针对红枫嫁接研究现状,选择“T”形芽接和枝接切接法2种嫁接方法,从接穗的采集、砧木类别、嫁接时间及管理等方面进行了对比试验。结果表明:在庆阳地区采用芽接的方法嫁接效率最高,嫁接成活率最高。嫁接的最佳时期为4月20日至5月5日前后。以细裂槭(Acer stenolobum Rehd.var.stenolobum)为砧木芽接成活率最高为93%,枝接为82%;以五角枫芽接成活率为86%,枝接为74%;总结了秋红枫在庆阳地区生长的形态特征、生物学特性及美国秋红枫的育苗技术。
