选别萤石是我公司确定多种经营项目之一,目的是利用闲置设备生产萤石精矿,创造经济效益。经过调查研究和试验厂的工程改造,认为利用河南萤石原矿生产萤石精矿在技术上基本可行,产品在国内外均有一定市场,并有利可图。 试验室采用一粗一扫六精的浮选流程,选用碳酸钠、水玻璃、油酸三种药剂,可将含CaF_2 56.3％的原矿富集到98.93％,收率85.29％。 试生产共运行500多小时,处理原矿近千吨,获精矿370吨。8个班稳定数据达到精矿品位97.56％,收率80.64％。原矿品位49.53％,基本上达到了公司设计研究所制订的可行性研究分选指标,为以后生产积累了经验。
Selective fluorite is my company to determine a variety of business projects, the purpose is to use the idle equipment to produce fluorite concentrate, to create economic benefits. Using sodium carbonate, water glass and oleic acid, 56.3% of CaF 2 ore can be enriched to 98.93% and the yield is 85.29%. Trial run a total of more than 500 hours of operation, processing nearly 1,000 tons of ore, concentrate 370 tons. Eight classes of stable data to achieve concentrate grade 97.56%, yield 80.64%. Raw ore grade 49.53%, basically reached the feasibility study of the company’s design institute to develop indicators for the accumulation of experience for the future production.
