工程概况 由杭州交通工程集团公司承建的浙江省上虞至三门高速公路15合同段K91+300～K92+800段,1999年元月开始,位于下岩村东北原下岩小学所在山坡出现地裂缝,裂缝周界呈钟形展开。滑坡前缘水渠底部拱起0.5m左右,渠身拱裂;中后部路基涵洞洞身有明显拉开现象,路基开裂。路基面左朝下凸起,右侧下沉。发展至4月份,后缘裂缝宽达10cm,
