从教十六载,教过很多学生,上了许多的课,我逐渐感到课堂越来越失去活力。也许是我人到中年,激情不再;亦或是学生越来越懈怠,越来越不爱学习。还原本就是前因导致后面的果?著名教育家陶行知曾经说过:“我认为好的先生不是教书,不是教学生,而是教学生学。”传统的教育理论着重教师教学,强调教育要适应学生的学习规律,突显教师的主体作用;现代教育论则力挺学生为主体,着重改善学生的学习过程和方法,为教学改革开辟了新天地。素质教育、终生

目的 分析重症监护室(ICU)革兰阴性杆菌感染及耐药情况,从而为临床提供有效的治疗策略.方法对278例患者的呼吸道、泌尿道及消化道分泌物进行细菌培养及药物敏感试验并进行统计学分析.结果 278例患者感染部位主要为呼吸道,并以革兰阴性杆菌为主,感染率为75.6%,其中耐药菌主要为鲍曼复合醋酸不动杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌及嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌.结论 ICU 院内感染的病原菌以耐药革兰阴性
