与其他非英语专业学习者相比,高校英语专业学生英语语音习得难度相对应该较少,然而笔者调查发现高校英语专业学生英语语音习得现状并不令人满意,原因错综复杂。通过对西安四所高校英语专业三年级140名学生进行为期四个月的跟踪调查,作者归纳出影响英语语音习得的11种因素,并根据这11种因素设计出语音错误归因调查问卷,将调查结果输入SPSS中,分析探讨这些因素对英语语音习得不同程度的影响。研究表明:除客观因素外,影响学生英语语音习得主要因素依次为:学习策略;母语迁移;教师因素;态度和动机。
Compared with other non-English majors, college English majors have relatively few difficulties in acquiring English pronunciation, however, the author finds that the current situation of college English majors’ English pronunciation acquisition is unsatisfactory for many reasons. Through four months’ follow-up survey of 140 students in the third grade of English majors in Xi’an, the author summarizes 11 factors that affect English speech acquisition and designs a questionnaire of speech errors attribution based on these 11 factors. The results of the survey into the SPSS, analysis of these factors on the impact of English pronunciation to varying degrees. The research shows that in addition to objective factors, the main factors that affect students’ English pronunciation acquisition are: learning strategies; mother tongue transfer; teacher factors; attitude and motivation.
