目的建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定保健食品不同剂型(片剂、胶囊、胶囊壳)中常用多种合成着色剂的方法。方法样品经聚酰胺吸附法提取后,选用0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液与甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为254 nm。结果柠檬黄、靛蓝、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红等6种常用合成着色剂分离良好。加标回收率为88.96%~103.60%,线性范围为0~100 mg/L。检出限柠檬黄、靛蓝、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红分别为4 ng,诱惑红为3 ng(样品检验结果低于检出限视为未检出)。结论方法快速,准确,方便,适用于保健食品不同剂型中多种着色剂的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of various synthetic colorants commonly used in different forms of health food (tablet, capsule and capsule shell) by RP-HPLC. Methods After the sample was extracted by polyamide adsorption, the gradient elution was carried out with 0.05 mol / L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution and methanol as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm with a diode array detector. Results Six common synthetic colorants such as lemon yellow, indigo, sunset yellow, seductive red, brilliant blue and erythrosine were separated well. The spiked recoveries ranged from 88.96% to 103.60% with a linear range of 0-100 mg / L. The detection limit of lemon yellow, indigo, sunset yellow, bright blue, erythrosine were 4 ng, seduction red 3 ng (sample test results below the detection limit as undetected). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and convenient for the detection of various colorants in different dosage forms of health food.
