钻杆接头抗粘扣性能试验研究

为了掌握不同热处理方式对钻杆螺纹接头抗粘扣性能的影响,对采用调质处理、调质+高频淬火、调质+等离子淬火的钻杆接头按照API RP 7G规定的最大上扣扭矩进行了上卸扣试验。试验结果表明,增加高频淬火和等离子淬火工序并不能改善钻杆接头抗粘扣性能。螺纹接头尺寸精度是影响接头抗粘扣性能的主要因素之一,对钻杆接头螺纹表面进行高频淬火和等离子淬火虽然可以提高接头螺纹表面硬度,但却会使螺纹接头产生变形,最终并不能提高钻杆螺纹接头抗粘扣性能。 In order to understand the influence of different heat treatment methods on the anti-sticking performance of the threaded joints of drill pipe, drill pipe joints with quenching and tempering, quenching and tempering, high frequency quenching, quenching and quenching, and plasma quenching were performed according to API RP 7G On the shackle test.
