作者运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对云南省西畴县中小学健美操的开展进行调查,发现该地区受师资、意识、地理位置、信息、场地及器材等的影响,健美操普及率不高。根据健美操项目所须师资、器材、场地、意识等方面的要求和西畴县中小学校体育的实际情况,提出在体育课中普及健美操的建议。
The author investigated the development of aerobics in primary and secondary schools in Xichou County, Yunnan Province by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and found that the area was affected by teachers, awareness, geographical location, information, venue and equipment, Not high rate. According to the requirements of aerobics teachers, equipment, venues, awareness and other aspects of the situation and the actual situation of primary and secondary schools in Xichou County, put forward the proposal of popularizing aerobics in physical education.
