目的比较贵州不同产地金银花中指标成分绿原酸的含量,寻找金银花优质药材产地。方法 Dikma ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:335 nm。结果金银花中绿原酸的平均含量为3.99%,绿原酸在0.5~6.0μg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.41%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于金银花药材的质量控制;贵州绥阳产金银花中绿原酸的含量最高。
Objective To compare the content of chlorogenic acid in the index components of honeysuckle from different areas in Guizhou and find the origin of high quality medicinal herbs of honeysuckle. Methods Dikma ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃. 335 nm. Results The average content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was 3.99%. The concentration of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.5-6.0μg / ml showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery was 99.98% and RSD was 0.41%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of honeysuckle medicinal materials. The content of chlorogenic acid in the honeysuckle produced in Guizhou Province is the highest.
