2012年8月3—4日,受10号台风“达维”影响,辽宁省普降大雨,局部暴雨、特大暴雨。鞍山市岫岩县大洋河流域出现强降雨天气,大洋河岫岩水文站发生有水文观测资料以来最大规模洪水。采用实测雨量、水位、流量等资料对本次暴雨洪水成因、过程、特点等进行分析和研究,并与历史洪水进行对比分析,为研究流域暴雨洪水形成规律,以及流域洪水预报和防汛减灾工作提供参考。
From August 3-4, 2012, affected by Typhoon No. 10 and “Dawei”, heavy rainfall, heavy rainstorms and heavy rainfall occurred in Liaoning Province. Heavy rainfall occurred in Ocean Valley of Xiuyan County, Anshan City, and the largest flood since hydrological observation data occurred at Xiuyan Hydrological Station of Dayang River. Based on the measured rainfall, water level and flow rate, the causes, process and characteristics of the storm flood are analyzed and compared with the historical floods. The study provides a theoretical basis for studying the formation of storm floods and watersheds, flood forecasting and flood control and disaster mitigation reference.
