目的:研究复方茵柏颗粒对急性肝损伤大鼠的肝脏保护作用和对胆汁分泌的影响。方法:用四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤,以生化指标和病理变化评价复方茵柏颗粒的药物作用,以胆总管插管引流法观察药物对胆汁分泌的影响,并与复方茵柏合剂作用相比较。结果:与模型对照组比较,复方茵柏颗粒剂组和合剂组AST、ALT及胆红素指标明显下降,病理切片显示各给药组肝组织损伤明显减轻;复方茵柏颗粒组与合剂组给药后对胆汁分泌有促进作用。结论:复方茵柏颗粒对四氯化碳所致的大鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用,促进肝损伤大鼠胆汁分泌,其保肝利胆作用与复方茵柏合剂相当。
Objective: To study the hepatic protective effect of compound Yinbai granules on acute liver injury in rats and its effect on bile secretion. Methods: Acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) was used to evaluate the effects of compound Yinbai granules on the biochemical parameters and pathological changes. The effects of drugs on bile secretion were observed with the common bile duct drainage method. The role of comparison. Results: Compared with the model control group, the indexes of AST, ALT and bilirubin of Fufang Yinbai Granule Group and Mixture Group were significantly decreased. The pathological sections showed that the liver tissue injury of each administration group was obviously alleviated. Compound Yinbai Granule Group and Mixture Group After the drug secretion of bile promote role. CONCLUSION: Fufang Yinbai granules can protect rats from acute liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride and promote bile secretion in rats with liver injury.
