研究了N,N-二丁基辛酰胺(DBOA)从硝酸介质中萃取铀的机理。考察了水相酸度、盐析剂LiNO3浓度以及萃取剂浓度对萃取分配比的影响,结合红外光谱分析了萃合物结构。TBP对DBOA萃取铀的影响比较复杂,在低TBP浓度下,两种萃取剂具有协同效应,但随着TBP浓度的增大出现反协同效应。红外光谱表明两种中性萃取剂混合后分子间没有明显的相互作用,反协同效应可能是TBP改变了有机溶液的极性所致。利用斜率法确定了协萃络合物的组成。
The mechanism of uranium extraction from nitric acid medium with N, N-dibutyloctanamide (DBOA) was studied. The effects of aqueous phase acidity, concentration of LiNO3 salting-out agent and extractant concentration on the extraction partition ratio were investigated. The structure of the extraction complex was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The effect of TBP on uranium extraction from DBOA is rather complicated. Under the low TBP concentration, the two extractants have a synergistic effect, but they show an anti-synergistic effect with the increase of TBP concentration. Infrared spectroscopy showed that there was no obvious interaction between the two neutral extractants, and the counter-synergistic effect might be that TBP changed the polarity of the organic solution. Slope method was used to determine the composition of the complexing complex.
