低功率He—Ne激光照射小鼠胸骨前区及胃脘区后,小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高;直接照射生理盐水中的红细胞则超氧化物岐化酶活性无明显改变;直接照射离心沉淀后的红细胞,超氧化物歧化酶活性有所增强;直接照射超氧化物歧化酶抽提液,其活性下降。
After low-power He-Ne laser irradiation in the anterior sternal region and gastric epigastric region of mice, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mouse erythrocytes was significantly increased, and the activity of superoxide dismutase in direct erythrocytes in physiological saline was not changed. After direct irradiation, the red blood cells after centrifugation were precipitated and the activity of superoxide dismutase was enhanced. The activity of superoxide dismutase extract was directly irradiating.
