实施学前教育三年行动计划以来,我国学前教育获得了前所未有的快速发展。在新一轮三年行动计划即将付诸实施之际,如何在继续扩大规模的同时保证学前教育质量,是各级政府部门及幼教工作者都必须认真反思和积极面对的问题。只有解决好这一问题,一度积贫积弱的学前教育才能逐步强健起来,走上更加健康、科学的发展道路。自2011年实施学前教育三年行动计划以来,我国学前教育获得了前所未有的快速发展。2013年,全国共有幼儿园19.86万所,在园幼儿3895万人,全国学前三年毛入园率达到67.5%。这些历史性的成就为学前教育进一步发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Since the implementation of the three-year plan of pre-school education, our preschool education has enjoyed unprecedented rapid development. As the new round of three-year plan of action is about to be put into effect, how to ensure the quality of pre-school education while continuing to expand its scale is a problem that government departments at all levels and preschool education workers must seriously reflect on and actively face. Only by solving this problem can the preschool education, once poor and weak, gradually get stronger and embark on a healthier and more scientific path of development. Since the implementation of the three-year plan of pre-school education in 2011, preschool education in our country has enjoyed unprecedented rapid development. In 2013, there were 198,600 kindergartens in the country with 38,950,000 children in kindergartens and gross enrollment rate of 67.5% in the first three years of the whole country. These historic achievements have laid a solid foundation for the further development of preschool education.
