对于常规模块化装配式钢结构板块接缝处栓钉侧向保护层不满足要求的实际情况,采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析常见宽度板块接缝处栓钉的水平支座反力和实际承载力,得到栓钉实际承载力不满足要求。针对以上情况,提出一种新型模块化装配式钢结构板块接缝连接装置,并用ABAQUS验证了该装置的可行性,该装置能够实现混凝土楼板在支座处刚接的要求。
For the actual situation that the lateral protection layer of the peg at the seams of the conventional modular assembled steel structure plate does not meet the requirements, the horizontal bearing reaction force and the actual bearing capacity of the pegs on the common width plate seams are analyzed by the finite element software ABAQUS, Get the actual carrying capacity of pegs does not meet the requirements.
