本研究首先对灰色模型和动态灰色模型进行了介绍和分析。在此基础上，本研究以H公司2009-2013年A材料的历史价格数据为基础，利用灰色模型和动态灰色模型进行计算、检验和评价，并和灰色预测软件运行的结果进行了比较，显示灰色模型在工程造价动态管理中具有很强的实用性。
