对已损坏的锥螺纹工件按照原有螺纹螺旋线进行修复能够降低生产成本、提高经济效益,在石油钻井行业中具有重要意义。采用机器视觉的方法,利用CCD摄像机拍摄获取螺纹图片并通过计算机进行图像分析处理,得出螺纹螺距和修复螺纹所需的对刀回转角度,并通过数控程序配合外部定位板同步工作,高效、准确地在数控机床上实现了对钻杆螺纹的修复加工。
