新编《初中化学课程标准》中明确指出:化学教学应该以提高学生的科学素养为宗旨,激发学生的学习兴趣为目标,从而帮助他们了解探究型学习的重要过程和基本方法,巩固他们科学探究的能力.从这方面来看,很多初中化学教师未能根据《标准》来制定自己的教学计划,他们把大部分的精力花费在课堂讲解和作业批改上,在一定程度上导致学生的化学学习并不理想,因此初中化学教学体制有待进行探究式的整体改革.
