用吸干法制备了具有缓释效果的甲氨蝶呤吸干乳剂.用凝胶柱层析法和两种过滤法测定了吸干乳剂的包裹率,用动态透析法考察了吸干乳剂的释放性能,并对吸干乳剂的再分散性和乳剂形态进行观察.结果表明3种方法测得的MTX吸干乳剂包裹率在686%以上;MTX溶液从透析袋中3h即释药完全,而吸干乳剂3h仅释药约60%,释放符合一级过程;吸干乳剂分散到水中后能迅速乳化形成均匀乳剂,再分散性好,乳粒均匀,稳定.
A sustained-release methotrexate dry-sucking emulsion was prepared by sucking-dry method.The encapsulation efficiency of dry-sucking emulsion was determined by gel column chromatography and two filtration methods, and the dynamic dialysis method was used to investigate the effect of dry-sucking emulsion Release properties and the redispersion of the emulsion and the morphology of the emulsion were observed.The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency of the MTX emulsion reached above 686% by the three methods. The MTX solution was completely released from the dialysis bag for 3h, The inhalation emulsion 3h release drug only about 60%, released in line with a process; sucked emulsion dispersed in water can be quickly emulsified to form a uniform emulsion, redispersibility, uniform, stable milk.
