在钢铁和复杂合金的X荧光光谱定量分析中,分析样品往往是一些不能直接测量的丝、细棒、小零件或机床切屑等异常形态,需先经高频重熔,制成适合于上机测量的样片.本文通过一组不锈钢样品的实验,介绍用PV8920型高频熔样炉在制备X荧光分析钢铁样品时的应用,并分析和研究实验数据,从而得出各种原始形状样品经重熔处理后各元素变化情况的一些初步结论.
