编辑同志:据笔者调查了解,目前有些党支部在接受新党员时,既不认真又不严肃,程序也不规范,召开支部大会前没有充分准备。开会时,照本宣科,千篇一律,讲到优点,锦上添花,讲到缺点,轻描淡写。这样的支部大会,从念志愿书开始,到举手表决,往往用不了半个小时,这种流于形式的做法是不正常的,是对党组织不负责任的表现,应引起重视。接受新党员的支部大会,是党内政治生活中极严肃的一件事,是民主集中制的具体表现。它不仅是必须履行的组织手续,而且是对新入党同志的进一步考察和教 Editor’s Comrades: According to the author’s investigation, at present, some party branches are neither serious nor serious when accepting new party members and the procedures are not normative.
