小鼠眼球后注射Ｄ－半乳糖３０天后出现一系列亚急性中毒拟衰老的变化，给小鼠灌服大黑蚁粉或其提取液５ｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ能有效地防止小鼠的多项指标向衰老方向发展，揭示大黑蚁有延缓衰老的作用。这可能与大黑蚁激活体内超氧化物歧化酶、抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。
A series of subacute poisoning mimicry changes occurred after 30 days of mouse eyeball injection of D-galactose. Mice fed with Ganoderma lucia powder or its extract 5 g/kg/d can effectively prevent multiple indicators of mice. The development of the aging direction revealed that the black ants have the effect of delaying aging. This may be related to the activation of superoxide dismutase and inhibition of lipid peroxidation in the black ants.
